Here I will present you some information about safety and the way of purchasing my artworks.

Payment
Payment methods accepted:
credit / debit card (from the order form displayed on the available works page)
Or
Revolut by phone number 0731865979 (Gliga Elena Anca) – the proof of payment is automatic
Please include your phone number during validation, in case of a situation where I have to contact you.
Shipping
Packaging:
All paintings are packaged extremely carefully, fully protected in custom boxes.
I personally oversee the entire process, but if a package is damaged by the carrier, please see refund policy below if this happens.
Rates:
The shipping is free for all of the paintings everywhere else!

Schedule:
I ship all paintings within 1-3 business days of purchase via courier service. On request can be sent by preferential courier, but the fee is supported by the buyer.
If is a custom order (oil medium) then it will take 3 weeks up to shipping, because it requires complete drying.

Transit Time:
There are two shipping options for the customer, both free:
*the express shipping service – 6 days (depending on destination)
– tracking number
– no insurance (shipping company does not offer insurance for this type of service)
*the regular shipping service – 10 to 20 working days (depending on destination)

Customs, Duties, Commission Fees:
International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/commission fees, once the item arrives in their country. Always include your phone when checking out with PayPal as phone numbers are required for shipping labels and customs forms IN CASE your local carrier needs to reach you upon arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: All artwork is described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual PC monitor hues make it impossible for every artwork to look EXACTLY the same on every PC. Returns are accepted if an artwork arrives damaged.
Returns must be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 1 week of receipt. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s).
